How To Bake Flounder Fillets Recipe with Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- For Flounder
- Flounder Fillets (2-4)
- 1 tbs olive oil (or melted butter for added flavor)
- 1 lemon juiced (about 2-3 tbs)
- salt and pepper to taste
- For Tomato Salad
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Heat oven to 450 degrees
- 2Coat baking sheet or baking dish with olive oil or melted butter.
- 3Sprinkle salt and pepper on flounder fillets. Lay flounder fillets on dish and pop in oven for 20-25 minutes. Should be firm to touch and edges begin to brown and crisp. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice on flounder fillets.
