Easy Banana Nut Bread Recipe
Improv Oven Classic Recipe
A delicious and easy recipe that comes together quickly with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 12 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 14 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 chopped pecans or 12 cup walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1Cream butter & sugar in a mixer until fully combined.
- 2Add vanilla & eggs and continue mixing.
- 3Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture, continue mixing
- 4Add bananas & milk, continue mixing.
- 5Add nuts if desired.
- 6Grease 1 large bread pan or 2 smaller bread pans.
- 7Add mixture to the pan.
- 8Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
- 9Remove and let cool for an hour.
