Instructions
- 1Take Lemon Juice, Worcestershire, and tomatoes and blend in a blender for 1 minute or until completely liquified.
- 2Pour liquid mixture into a pot, add rest of ingredients, and set to boil.
- 3Once brought to a boil turn off heat and immediately strain through a cheese cloth.
- 4The result should be a thin, clarified, and lightly bodied Bloody Mary base. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes.
- 5Add 1.5 oz. to 2 oz. spirit of your choice (Vodka for a Bloody Mary, Tequila for a Bloody Maria, or Gin for a Red Snapper), and serve over ice.
- 6Garnish by rimming your glass first with run of your choice (sea salt, celery salt, spicy salt, etc ...), then inserting carrots, capers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery stalk, olives, and lemon wheels. Enjoy!
