  1. 1Separate eggs placing yolks in one bowl and egg whites on another bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
  3. 3In the third bowl, lightly beat egg yolks. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla extract; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until combined. Fold into combined batter.
  4. 4Baked in preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer directions or until golden brown
  5. 5Fold in beaten egg whites.
