Baked Rigatoni Recipe
Improv Oven Classic Recipe
A delicious and easy recipe that comes together quickly with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb rigatoni
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce (follow link in text for our easy recipe)
- 1 tbs olive oil
- fresh basil (to garnish)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2Boil pasta to package instructions. About 8 minutes.
- 3Drain water from pasta and add olive oil, so noodles don't stick together in the pot you just boiled the pasta in. Mix around so noodles are coated.
- 4Add marinara sauce to the pot and continue mixing so sauce coats entire pasta.
- 5Add pasta to the skillet. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- 6Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown (varies from oven to oven).
- 7Serve hot
