Apple Walnut Salad with Creamy Lemon Dressing

Ingredients

• 4 cups arugula
• 2 stalks celery, sliced thin
• 1 Gala apple, sliced thin
• 1/2 cup whole walnuts
• For Dressing
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1In a small mixing bowl crush together garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice to form a paste.

3. 3Add white wine vinegar and mix until well combined.
